Return Policy for Mulsi

At Mulsi.nl we do our utmost to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Should you still wish to return your product, please read our returns policy carefully.

Returns Policy

- You have 30 days to request a return from the date you received your order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
- The costs for returning the product are at the expense of the customer.
- To initiate a return, you can contact us atsupport@mulsi.nl onde r stating your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately atsupport@mulsi.nl. We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost after receiving photos of the damaged product.

Refund

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 5 business days, via your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
